Home changes with the workspace you open. The organization home gives you a broader view of the workspaces you can access. A shared workspace home narrows the view to one team’s skills, people, and activity.

Organization home

Open your organization name from the workspace switcher to see activity and content across the organization. The header shows the organization name and the skills, people, and workspaces you can access. Browse includes Skills, Agents, Workspaces, and People. Counts beside the tabs reflect the current scope.

Shared workspace home

Open a shared workspace from the sidebar or from Browse → Workspaces to focus Home on that workspace. Use New to create something in the current workspace. The available choices depend on your role.

Find a skill

Open Browse → Skill, then use Search skills. Search matches a skill’s name or description in the current scope. Use Filter to narrow the list by contributor, source, or status. Sort by last updated or recently created. Each row shows:
  • Skill: name, description, and lifecycle status indicator.
  • Workspace: where the skill belongs.
  • Author: who created it.
  • Updated or Created: the relevant timestamp for the selected sort.
  • Actions: shortcuts available for that skill.
Select a row to open the skill.

Find a person

Open Browse → People, then use Search people. Search matches a person’s name or email address. Sort by most skills authored, most workspaces, or name. The organization home searches the organization directory and can filter it by workspace. A shared workspace home only shows people who belong to that workspace. Each person row shows:
  • Person: name, avatar, and email address.
  • Skills used: a dash when per-person usage is not available in the list.
  • Skills authored: the number of skills the person has authored.
  • Workspaces: the number of workspaces the person belongs to.
  • Actions: shortcuts available for that person.
Select a person to open their user profile.

Search beyond the current list

The Search control in the sidebar, also available with ⌘K on macOS, opens app-wide search and navigation. Use the search field inside Browse to filter the current list.

Manage the workspace

To change a shared workspace’s name or description, add members, create a child workspace, or manage roles, see Manage workspaces.
