Identity
The profile header shows the person’s avatar, name, email address, and total skills authored. Use the name menu to move between profile views when more than one is available.Read the profile in context
Choose a time range to update the profile’s usage views. Values can be blank when no attributed activity is available, and authored skills can be hidden when you do not have access to their workspace. Use a profile to understand where a person has contributed or what skills they have used. It is not a substitute for a permission review: organization and workspace roles determine what someone can access.Activity summary
Choose a time range to update the summary. The profile can show:- Skills used: distinct skills observed in the selected period.
- Contributions: recorded contributions to registry content.
- Runs driven: traced runs associated with the person’s activity.
- Tokens: tokens attributed to those runs.
- Streak: consecutive active days.
- Contribution calendar: daily activity across the year, plus the total sessions recorded for that year.
Usage breakdown
The Usage breakdown card groups attributed activity by Model, Agents, Tools, or MCPs. Each entry shows its count and share of the selected period. A category can be empty when Atlan has no attributed activity for it. Most used skills ranks the skills the person used most often and shows the run count for each one.Skills
Switch between Used and Authored to see the skills connected to the person. Sort by recently added to change the order. Each row can show the skill name, description, author, and relative time. A dash means that field is not available for the record.Activity
Activity lists recent contribution events. An authored event includes the skill name, version, and relative time, which makes it easier to see what the person has changed without opening every skill. Profile data follows the same organization and workspace access rules as the rest of the registry. Atlan only includes registry and attributed usage data available to your signed-in account.Organization members
