The desktop app brings the skills and sessions on your computer into Agent Registry and keeps them in sync with your organization. Install it on your own Mac or Windows computer before you first use Agent Registry. If your company manages your devices, IT can deploy it for you with MDM instead.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • Supported operating system: macOS 13 or later, or Windows 10 or later.
  • Organization account: your organization sign-in. Ask your admin to invite you if you do not have one.
  • Managed device check: if your company manages your computer, the app may already be installed. Look for it in Applications or the Start menu, and skip to the verify step.

Verify installation

Open Atlan from Applications on macOS or the Start menu on Windows. The app opens on Welcome to Agent Registry with a Get started button. The app checks for updates automatically. On managed Macs, your IT team may control when updates are installed.
