Organization admins use Settings → Organization → Billing to manage the organization’s subscription and purchases. Billing must be enabled for the organization. If the page says Billing is not enabled, there are no self-service purchases to manage there.

Review seats and credits

The Overview tab shows the current plan, seats, shared credits, and relevant renewal, trial, or payment dates. Each organization member and pending invitation uses a seat. Invitations are not sent when no seats are available. An organization admin can add seats in Billing or remove a member or pending invitation to make capacity available. Credits are shared; the balance can include amounts reserved for running work and credits with an expiry. Use Manage seats to change purchased capacity and Buy credits to select an available credit pack. Read the purchase review before confirming payment. Offers, prices, and permitted changes come from your organization’s current billing configuration.

Change a plan

Open Plans and choose an available plan and seat count. Higher-ranked, higher-priced upgrades take effect after their prorated invoice is paid. Other plan changes take effect at a paid renewal. New plan credits arrive with the next monthly grant. Review the effective date shown for your change. An unfinished seat or plan purchase can block another change. Continue it from In progress instead of starting a duplicate purchase.

Verify payment

Returning from checkout does not complete a purchase by itself. Check the status in In progress or purchase history. Access, seats, and credits update after payment is confirmed. Use Continue Checkout, Pay invoice, or Retry Checkout when the original purchase offers that action. The Invoices tab shows available invoices and purchase history. Use the billing portal to update payment methods, billing details, or review subscription cancellation. Confirm any scheduled cancellation and its access-end date back in Atlan.

Recovery notices

When a billing condition needs attention, a warning notice appears across the app until the condition is resolved: a failed payment, a trial that is ending or has ended, subscription access that has ended, or shared credits that ran out. The notice names the condition and what to do next. If you can open Billing, the notice includes Review billing, which opens this page. If you cannot open Billing, the notice says to ask an organization admin to review Plans and billing. A failed payment grants no new monthly credits until it succeeds. Update your payment method in the billing portal to restore subscription access.

Cost reporting and billing

FinOps reports token and model costs from run evidence. Models & rates supplies model pricing for those reports. These figures serve a different purpose from the paid subscription, seat capacity, and shared-credit balance shown in Billing.
