Get Skill run spans

Use skill__get_trace_spans for the model calls, tool calls, nesting, and timing inside one Skill run.

Required inputs: skill_id and trace_id.
Optional inputs: limit, cursor, version_ordinal, session_id, and Gateway’s rationale.
Effect: read only.

The result is scoped to the selected Skill and re-rooted to that Skill’s subtree. Pass cursor back unchanged.
