List account runs

Use registry__list_traces for an account-wide run history. Prefer the Agent or Skill trace tools when the subject is already known.
  • Optional inputs: user_id, from, to, limit, cursor, sort, session_id, and Gateway’s rationale.
  • Limit: defaults to 50 and accepts at most 100.
  • Effect: read only.
Use Unix seconds for from and to. A run outside the caller’s visibility is indistinguishable from a missing run.
