`registry__archive_artifact`

Archive an artifact by ID.

Inputs: required artifact id.
Returns: the archive result.
Effect: writes state and runs the artifact’s archive hooks. The artifact stays directly readable but no longer appears in default discovery.

Archiving does not erase the artifact. Some kinds cascade the archive to child files, so confirm the target before calling the tool.
