List the artifact kinds available in the caller’s account.
  • Inputs: optional scope: installed (default) or all.
  • Returns: each kind, its owning extension, and its description.
  • Effect: read only.
Kinds vary by deployment and installed extensions. List them before filtering search or creating an artifact of an unfamiliar kind.
