Archive a container without erasing it.
  • Inputs: required container and id.
  • Returns: the container handle and archived status.
  • Effect: writes state. Archived containers stay directly readable and leave default discovery.
Archiving a workspace cascades through its subtree. A project or repository that still contains live artifacts must be emptied or have its artifacts moved first.
