Organize skills in a workspace
Use this flow before publishing a skill or changing who can discover it.- Start in your personal workspace when you are evaluating a skill or the work belongs only to you.
- Choose an existing shared workspace when the same team will use and maintain the skill.
- Ask for a new shared workspace only when that team needs a distinct owner, membership list, or access boundary.
- Confirm the workspace’s members and roles before publishing a team-owned skill there.
- Publish or update the skill in that workspace, then use Browse → Skill to confirm it appears in the intended scope.
- When shared discovery matters, ask another permitted member to confirm they can find the skill. Do not test with an account that has more access than the intended reader.
