Improvements

  • Agents: POST /agent/v1/agents, POST /agent/v1/agents/\{agent_id\}/sessions and the other Agents API creates now return a Location header with the new resource’s address.
  • MCP: GET /mcp/v1/servers no longer lists a system registry server: new accounts don’t get one, and reconcile archives an existing one.
  • MCP: tools/list now lists mcp__initialise to open a session, in place of registry__initialise, which still works when called by name.
  • Registry: POST /registry/v1/workspaces, POST /registry/v1/service-accounts and POST /registry/v1/repos (for a new repo) now return a Location header with the new resource’s address.
  • Skills: POST /skill/v1/skills now returns a Location header with the new skill’s address.

Fixes

  • Agents: Fixed PATCH /agent/v1/agents/{agent_id} reporting success without renaming when the body sets a new name; it now refuses with immutable_field.
  • Agents: Fixed POST /agent/v1/agents/{agent_id}/sessions failing when the prompt spans several lines and no title is given.
  • MCP: Fixed POST /mcp/v1/servers/{server_id}/refresh listing unchanged tools under updated when the server’s tools were catalogued by an earlier release.
