Improvements

• Agents: GET /agent/v1/sessions now takes created_by and returns only the sessions that creator started or uploaded. Previously, the list refused it.
• Registry: Filters on POST /registry/v1/search, POST /registry/v1/aggregate and the Agents, MCP, and Skills aggregate endpoints now take gt_or_null: greater than the value given, or unset.

Fixes

• Knowledge: Fixed the Knowledge OpenAPI document listing no operations when fetched; it now lists the bundle reads, such as GET /knowledge/v1/bundles/\{bundle_id\}/bundle.zip.
