Initialize a Registry session

Call registry__initialise once before the other tools so a reviewer can read the related calls as one session.
  • Required input: objective.
  • Optional inputs: client, client_version, and protocol_version.
  • Gateway can also require rationale.
  • Returns: {session_id, note}.
  • Effect: creates an mcp_session in the account’s organisation root.
Observed client and protocol metadata can replace the values supplied in the tool arguments. These fields are audit metadata and do not affect what the caller can access. Pass the returned session_id on later calls. Initialization itself does not accept session_id.
