Validate and publish one skill

push creates a skill or appends its next version. Use --force only for an explicit remote-drift override.

Inspect and restore

Blocked skills can be approved with skill approve. skill delete archives a skill. Both commands require confirmation.

Work with a repository package

skill install reads .atlan/package.json, verifies registered digests, copies selected skills into .atlan/skills, and creates native links for configured coding agents. Install before the agent builds its skill inventory. skill publish is already non-interactive. For GitHub publishing, the workflow and GitHub branch protection own branch and trigger policy.
