Save drafts before publication
Draft workbenches now save before publication, so your work is kept while you prepare the release. Also through the API:/ontology/draft-workspaces/draft-saves and
/ontology/draft-workspaces/preview.
Review drafts before publication
Native binding and Knowledge Record drafts have a new review before publication: you can now review a draft before it publishes, and preview what the publication will write. Also through the API:/ontology/native-drafts/preview and
/ontology/native-drafts/draft-saves.
Bulk import Knowledge Record drafts
Records has a new bulk import for approved Knowledge Record drafts, so a set of drafts now imports at once. Also through the API:/ontology/record-imports/preview and /ontology/record-imports/draft-saves.
Improvements
- Ontology Studio: An ontology’s sections now show as tabs under its header.
- Records: Asking records now goes through the gateway’s search mode.
Fixes
- Drafts: Fixed draft guidance showing for work that is already published.
