Skill sources
registry publish from a git checkout now records where each skill comes from:
the repository, the skill’s folder in it, and the folder’s last commit. A
repository’s skill and a same-named skill published from elsewhere no longer
overwrite each other. A same-named skill published earlier with the same
credential, before sources were recorded, is adopted for its folder; anyone
else’s is refused with a message naming the clash. When a skill’s folder was
renamed, the published skill is renamed with it. Publishes from outside a git
checkout are unchanged.
