# Get an account run

> Read one visible run by trace ID.

Use `registry__get_trace` after finding a trace ID.

* Required input: `trace_id`.
* Optional inputs: `user_id`, `session_id`, and Gateway's `rationale`.
* Returns: timing, cost, status, and run structure.
* Effect: read only.

A run outside the caller's visibility returns the same result as a missing run.
