# registry marketplace

> Manage the marketplaces you install from

Manage the marketplaces you install from (alias: mp).

## Commands

### init

Scaffold a new marketplace manifest in the current directory.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace init [options]
```

### index

Refresh the local package index from all registered marketplaces.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace index [options]
```

### validate

Validate the marketplace manifest for correctness.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace validate [options]
```

### add

Register a new marketplace by URL.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace add [options]
```

### list

List all registered marketplaces.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace list [options]
```

### show

Show details for a specific marketplace.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace show [options]
```

### remove

Remove a marketplace from your configuration.

**Usage**

```text theme={null}
registry marketplace remove [options]
```

## Examples

```bash theme={null}
# Register a marketplace
registry marketplace add github.com/acme/agent-registry

# List registered marketplaces
registry marketplace list

# Refresh the local index
registry marketplace index
```

## Output and behavior

Manages the list of marketplaces the CLI installs from. Changes persist to the machine-wide configuration file. Use `--global` to act on the user scope.
