> ## Agent Instructions
> To act on Atlan objects, use the Atlan MCP server at https://api.atlan.com/mcp or the SDK. To install or publish skills from a terminal, use the `aireg` CLI; `aireg --map json` prints its command map. The `atlanai` CLI is deprecated. Run a read-only identity check before any write.
> The docs MCP server at /mcp searches these docs only. It cannot read or change Atlan objects.
> SDK packages: Python `atlanai` (PyPI) and TypeScript `@atlanai/sdk` (npm). Show Python first, then TypeScript.
> These docs cover Atlan Trident, Atlan's hosted product; AI Registry is its registry of skills and agents. Registry OSS is Atlan's open-source agent registry: the registry specification and its aireg CLI, with their own public repository, docs and release notes; /open-source on this site links them. Registry OSS is open source; Atlan Trident is not. Answer generic aireg or specification questions from the project's docs, and use these docs for Atlan-specific setup such as the Atlan adapter, sign-in and workspaces.

# App 0.9.25

> Settings has a new Object storage page for connecting an organization-owned S3 bucket, and pressing ? now shows every Desktop shortcut.

Released 21 October 2026 · App 0.9.25.

## Features

### Connect an S3 bucket

Settings has a new **Object storage** page for file storage. **Connect a
bucket** walks you through creating a bucket and KMS key in your AWS account, or
using an existing one. You then verify and activate the bucket.

The page shows the bucket's details and where new files go, and says that files
already stored stay where they were written and stay readable.

### Keyboard shortcuts in one place

Desktop now binds every global shortcut through one registry, so they behave the
same everywhere. Press ? to open the new **Keyboard shortcuts** sheet, which
lists them.

### A rebuilt agent Overview

An agent's Overview is new: it now shows how the agent works, with its
instructions, connections, and files, what it knows and can do, model usage,
tool calls, and visitors. The new Monitoring page on the agent profile, and the
Work navigation it feeds, are in preview.

## Improvements

* **Agents:** An agent's profile now has its Relationships tab again.
* **Brain:** Archive, move, and unlink in the Brain now update right away,
  without waiting on the server.
* **Integrations:** Tool names on the MCP activity and reporting boards now come
from each tool's identity, and a failed read now says so.
* **Profiles:** Profile pages no longer show suggestions.
* **Skills:** Lists now step between rows with j or k, and ⌘K now leads with the
  open page's commands.
* **Skills:** Library artifacts can now be continued in the agent bar on the
  page.
* **Skills:** Continue in now hands the agent every artifact file, the whole
  transcript, and the session's folder.

## Fixes

* **Agents:** Fixed a run stopping at the first failed part of a transcript; the
agent now reads past it and says why it failed.
* **Integrations:** Fixed adding a server failing without naming the host that
was refused; the error now names it.
* Bug fixes and design improvements.
