## Improvements

* **Desktop app:** Added a Go menu to the macOS menu bar: Back, Forward,
  Search…, Settings, and each section of your rail.
* **Desktop app:** Added a Help menu to the macOS menu bar: Docs, Changelog, and
  Send Feedback….
* **Desktop app:** The macOS View menu now has Command Palette…, Hide Sidenav,
  Actual Size, Zoom In, Zoom Out, and Reload.
* **Desktop app:** The macOS Window menu now has Fill, Center, Bring All to
  Front, and Show Main Window (formerly Show Dashboard), without row icons.
* **Traces:** A span's cost now carries an Estimate or Customer price tag, for
  the public price list or your own rates.
