> Breaking: extension and remote MCP tools are renamed so Claude-based clients can see them. Registered MCP servers also have a new logo endpoint, and the apps endpoints now report each app's build.

## Improvements

* **MCP:** Added `GET /mcp/v1/servers/{server_id}/icon`, which returns a
  registered server's logo as an inline `data_uri` when the gateway can find
  one.
* **Registry:** `GET /registry/v1/apps` and `GET /registry/v1/apps/{app}` now
  return `running`: the version serving a running app, with its commit and tag
  where known.

## Fixes

* **MCP:** Breaking: Extension and remote server tools are now named
  `extension__<owner>__<tool>` and `remote__<server_id>__<tool>`, so
  Claude-based clients no longer drop them.
* **MCP:** Breaking: The previous dotted tool names are now refused, and a
  remote tool whose name starts with `_` is no longer listed.
* **Traces:** Fixed span `input` and `output` coming back empty when a model
  call sent its messages whole in `llm.input_messages` or `llm.output_messages`.
* **Traces:** Fixed trace stats `meta.as_of_unix_seconds` reporting when the
  request started, not when the data was computed, when every panel was computed
  fresh.
