> The agent and session lists now filter by workspace, file downloads now stream, and testing an MCP server now refreshes its tools.

## Improvements

* **Agents:** `GET /agent/v1/agents` now filters by `workspace_id` and
  `sync_state`, and `GET /agent/v1/sessions` now filters by `workspace_id`.
* **Files:** `GET /file/v1/files/{file_id}/content` and `GET
  /file/v1/files/\{file_id\}/versions/\{version_ordinal\}/content` now stream a file
  as it is read from storage, instead of after reading the whole file.
* **MCP:** A successful `POST /mcp/v1/servers/{server_id}/test` now refreshes
  the server's tools. It updates changed tools, adds missing ones and archives
  ones the server no longer lists.

## Fixes

* **MCP:** Fixed `GET /mcp/v1/servers/{server_id}/tools` missing tools when a
  server pages its tool list. For an older server, `POST
  /mcp/v1/servers/\{server_id\}/test` adds them.
* **Registry:** Fixed `POST /registry/v1/search` leaving out close matches in
  vector and hybrid searches when an organization has few documents.
