> You can now list only the sessions one creator started. Search and aggregate filters take a null-inclusive operator, and the Knowledge API document lists its operations again.

## Improvements

* **Agents:** `GET /agent/v1/sessions` now takes `created_by` and returns only
  the sessions that creator started or uploaded. Previously, the list refused
  it.
* **Registry:** Filters on `POST /registry/v1/search`, `POST
  /registry/v1/aggregate` and the Agents, MCP, and Skills aggregate endpoints
  now take `gt_or_null`: greater than the value given, or unset.

## Fixes

* **Knowledge:** Fixed the Knowledge OpenAPI document listing no operations when
  fetched; it now lists the bundle reads, such as `GET
  /knowledge/v1/bundles/\{bundle_id\}/bundle.zip`.
