## Improvements

* **Reports:** `POST /registry/v1/organisations/stats/query` now accepts
  `repository`, `branch`, and `revision` filters, matching each span's Git
  metadata.
* **Reports:** The `tool_calls` measure in trace statistics now counts distinct
  calls.
* **Search:** `POST /registry/v1/search` no longer loads the search text of
  discarded artifacts.
* **Traces:** Session, harness, and experiment trace reads, such as `GET
  /agent/v1/sessions/\{session_id\}/traces/\{trace_id\}`, now scan only the
  requested trace, so they return faster.

## Fixes

* **MCP:** Fixed `tools/call` replies being delayed when a downstream server's
  session closed.
* **Traces:** Fixed a trace's `title` showing the service name and time instead
  of the title the trace was sent with.
