# Admin & security

> Manage identity, access, trace privacy, billing, workspaces, and desktop deployment.

Use **Settings** to manage sign-in, account access, billing, and how your organization collects session content. Organization settings require the relevant permissions; workspace administration uses each workspace's own roles.

  Grant the organization **Admin** role to people who manage organization-wide access or settings, and keep a second administrator. Review the offboarding policy, active sessions, and credentials when removing a member; an already-issued access token can remain valid until it expires.
